Stayed for one night on a trip from PA to FL. Everything was nice, modern and very clean. It was a quiet stay. Breakfast next morning also good with healthy options. Great coffee in the lobby!
Overall I had a good, very normal stay at this hotel. However, the bathroom of our reserved room wasn’t completely clean when we entered. There was a hair on the toilet seat and hair in the shower. The bathroom floor was also a bit dirty. We didn’t have time to request it be cleaned as we arrived later in the evening so we just dealt with it. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable. No soap in sink radio, toilet paper was like using finishing sandpaper otherwise a typical TRU
Location is great. That’s really about it. Rooms were clean. The trip started with us trying to check in for 30 minutes and just being ignored by reception. I complained and nothing really happened. I got to my room and the tv was disconnected. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. Fire alarm went off because of burnt toast early in the morning. We walked down 4 flights for staff to say we could go back to our rooms, 3 minutes later they came to all the rooms and kicked us out. It was insane. Had to get quarters for th... read more
I stayed at Tru by Hilton Lexington, Virginia January 24th - January 27th, 2026 for business, not only is the hotel clean, well kept, has excellent amenities including a delicious breakfast, it was the employees that make this hotel a five star for me hands down. I stayed during the snow and ice storm and my vehicle wouldn't start due to the ice and extremely cold temperatures and Sherry Clarke had everyone there at the hotel helping me every way they could.
