Fairly new hotel maybe a yr or two old. Front desk guy is always really pleasant. Rooms are pretty quiet even on the highway side. A lot of restaurants to eat at in The arena. The mall is pretty dead but was a beautiful mall in its time too bad malls will be no more.
Prepaid for a 2 queen bed room. They had none left when we arrived despite having my money in advance. Clerk offered no solution other than tough luck. Sports bar across street was having a low rider parking lot takeover with 100+ dB music playing from 50+ cars at 10PM. Will never stay at Tru/Hilton ever again. Had to rebook at another hotel for $50 extra cost. Buyer beware of this location.
