The room was clean, but then I noticed in the morning a yellow stain on the sheets. :( The hallways seemed like they could be vacuumed. The elevator def needs to be cleaned, looks like nobody cleans it. The pool was so chlorinated smelling that we couldn't go. The coffee says it is always available, but was out an hour before we checked out. The breakfast shut down at 9 which seemed a lil early, anyway-we missed it. We stay here every other weekend. The front desk staff are usually friendly & informative. One time the young lady was not very personable & more preoccupied with talking to her friend & seemed annoyed we were there to check in. Other than that they have been kind & helpful when questions are asked or a situation arises. The location is easy access and close to restaurants & stores. The parking is more in the back, but plenty of spaces. The rooms do not have a view no matter what side you stay on. The lobby is clean, has an ... read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like this place needs one. I honestly don't understand how this hotel gets so many good reviews, our experience was quite the opposite. The positive: Customer service was great! Friendly, helped us with problems, and I didn't once see anyone on their phones or anything. The negative: The first thing that happened was when we tried to unlock our door and the key didn't work.
