This is my 4th time posting this review because corporate keeps talking it down instead of addressing the problem. As a former employee (breakfast and housekeeping) there are something’s I feel you guys should know when staying here. First the bullying and favoritism. Great stay at Tru by Hilton Lehi! The breakfast was fantastic, a pleasant surprise compared to other American hotels. Slept wonderfully, and all basic amenities were available. Highly recommend!
Had an issue when we arrived that one room wasn't ready. Junior at front desk took care of us. Rooms, breakfast and beds nice; elevators are incredibly slow. Didn't like that they pushed signing up for their loyalty program as part of getting free wifi.
