The daytime employees at this hotel do not respect the sanctity of a "Do Not Disturb" sign. I'm here on business, and I work at night and sleep during the day. On three different occasions this week, I had Hotel employees banging on my door and waking me up. When I asked the front desk about that they said it's their policy they have to enter a room every three days. Screw that, I will never stay here again. Clean rooms. That's the extent of my compliments. Tiny rooms, no closet, no drawers, no coffee maker, tiny child's desk, no lounging chair. It's like a hotel designed to be cheap, but it's the same price as other hotels with real adult rooms. Their staff is even untrained about service dogs and broke several laws upon check in. I'm amazed this has the Hilton name on it. Should be McDonald's McTinyRooms.

Clean hotel. Problem is when you purchase items and pay with cash or card they refuse to give you a receipt I bought $12 worth of products and now cannot be reimbursed by my company because I was refused a receipt. Asked for a refund but since I paid with a credit card they refused to refund. How the heck do you get away with this??? Update the hotel GM provided a receipt the next morning. For people that travel for business and pay for food items with either cash or credit card, they will have a very hard time getting reimb... read more
