Our flights got canceled. We stayed at the Tru by Hilton. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and inviting. You could tell they really loved their jobs & industry. Would stay again.
My flight got canceled and I just took the shuttle to hotel hoping they would have a room! Josh, our shuttle driver was so sweet! Then I went to front desk where Katie and Bree greeted me. They were amazing. Seriously. After I was bummed my flight was canceled- these two ladies had me in a good mood and laughing. Oh, and they had a room for me! I am titanium status with Marriott… and if in town again- I would go out of my way to stay here at this Hilton property. AJ this morning was great and helpful as well. Thank you team!... read more
Cute little hotel but omg there is no sound proofing. Heard people on their phones from inside other rooms while in mine with the doors closed. You can hear EVERYTHING so I got very little sleep
Walls/ doors 🚪 thin as I could hear everything happening outside of my room, from the other doors opening & closing to people talking & even cleaning folks with their carts getting to work 😑 vacuum and so on. People were friendly, no issue.
