Check in went fine. We were placed on the second floor. As soon as the elevator door opened we were smacked in the face with a terrible odor that carried over into our hotel room. We arrived late at night and hoped the odor would dissapate but it lasted all night and into the morning. When we woke we went to get breakfast and that was terrible. We stayed here because breakfast was included and I regret this choice. The eggs were so rubbery, the pancakes were not refilled so we were unable to get those. I tried a bagel and it... read more

My experience here was great! We booked on super short notice! The staff were friendly and accommodating as well! One specific staff member name Adaline was really a life saver! I asked her were can I buy some toothpaste, and she kindly informed me me tht it was complementary! She ask how many were in my party because there was only two packets in the drawer! I told here I had three children and my wife , but we can share! She said absolutely not and told me wait right here and left to look for more! She eventually returned ... read more
