Customer service is terrible especially the kid overnight. He has issues
First of all there was AWFUL customer service from start with manager Wes. I had referred 16 families to stay at the Tru this weekend because we had 2 teams coming in from out of state for tournaments. I was in charge of finding the hotel and getting all the families to stay somewhere together. Out of all the reservations I made, I made 1 mistake booking an extra night. What a lovely environment. Clean, bright, fun, and staffed with very helpful professionals. Alicia could not have been a better representative for the Hilton Corporation! She was simply the best.
