Unexpected visit to Idaho Falls. Front desk was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. Room was clean, quiet, had lots of plug ins, and I found the bed super comfortable. Big variety of snacks available by the front desk. I missed out on the free breakfast.
This place is NOT clean!! Upon my arrival there was hair all over the shower walls, and either poop or blood on the front of the toilet!! The sheets did NOT smell clean and looked as though they had been used. Dust on all the vents and gross stuff on the walls. They only “clean” your room every other day and when they actually came, all they did was give me new towels—I was out of tissues, toilet paper, and they didn’t even make my bed.
