Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay at Tru. It was the first time at a tru hotel. It was very clean and simple and was perfect for what we needed. Will stay at tru again.
Staff was super nice. And made sure our late check in went smooth. Breakfast was great an rooms were very nice an Clean
Stay here for a few hours on our drive back home. We checked in around 3am and at first we couldn't find the front desk person and I went to the bathroom and once I come back my boyfriend was getting us checked in. The room was clean and the hotel felt like it was newer. I'm not from the area so I'm don't know for sure. Anyways we slept until about 9am and showered and got ready to head out. I realllly wanted to hate this place after having many bad experiences at similarly priced places, but I just couldn’t! Staying at this Tru hotel was a treat, honestly! The whole building was spotless, the vibe was excellent with a fun color scheme and welcoming lobby, and the complimentary breakfast was great! Two of the things that usually bother me the most about hotel rooms are curtains that don’t actually block anything out and noisy AC units - I was amazed to find out this place had neither.
