Diamond status, we reserved a 1-King room, days in advance. At check-in, the hotel had NO 1-king rooms. None! All rented! Next: ZERO diet soft drinks. None. We are both diabetics. My wife cannot drink iced tea. I eventually tire of iced tea. A proactive manager would've sent for the 3-for-3 soft drink deal at Kroger down the street. $100 or $200 per trip until the supplier shows up! Fixed. Nope. None. Big Hilton Brand hotel? Bwah-ha-ha! Nice places, quiet rooms..
I visited this hotel while traveling with my pet. The staff was extremely friendly. I loved that there was a restaurant with good food right next door and the hotel was in a very convenient area. The gym was nice and the rooms were really nice as well. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely return.
Floor filthy. Both beds extremely uncomfortable. Noise from highway all night long. Cheap hotel. Can't wait to leave.
