My husband and I arrived on Friday afternoon.The guy at the desk said he ready changed me for the first night on my credit card,that we just got there.We didn't get our room or keys.We was on the second floor smell like wet dogs.Even my room smelled like dogs.On Sunday went downstairs to the lobby.The coffee and hot water was very cold.We stay in hotels a lot and never had a problem.Been a Hilton honors member nobody said thank you.Worst place to stay and they changed me a lot to stay there.
This was a great location. It just need more parking spaces. You have to drive around until someone leaves in order to get a park. Other than that it is a great location, it was cleaned and the bed was comfortable.
Love staying here it is close to everything you can go to the mall. If you wanna watch a movie, you can walk the lake. You can go to restaurants. You have a few choices.
