Great Service friendly front desk
BED BUGS ALERT in 402 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Early Thanksgiving morning I was woken up to bites along my arm. I was told by the front desk to email my videos and pictures to management and nothing has been done. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.
We literally had the worst hotel stay at this hotel! We heard doors slamming all night, stomping that sounded like a herd of elephants, paper-thin walls where we could hear music until 1am, and when attempting to call down to the front desk to make a noise complaint, the phone was redirected to an office that doesn’t even ring to the main desk! Really nice and we had a so much fun 😀
We had a positive experience staying at the tru while waiting to close on the house. It's comfortable and offers a variety of food for breakfast. Walk in shower was a bonus we didn't expect.
