I honestly don’t know why people are leaving the place 1 star. It’s obviously not a luxury hotel but my room was clean, the receptionists were nice, the breakfast was actually pretty good, and the beds and pillows are comfy. I don’t have a problem staying here and if I did I’m sure they would have been happy to help me at the front desk. It really isn’t bad.

Sleep!!! That is the one thing you expect to be able to do when you spend over $125 for a room. Well unless you are used to sleeping on a wooden board, you wont be comfortable in their beds. I have never slept in a harder bed…omg. But saying that- everything else in the hotel was real nice.

Everything was clean, people very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were the usual.

Dirty, run down, holes in walls, stains everywhere, no working air in public areas, stale smell throughout halls. Dirty bathroom. Corporate needs to visit this location, barely any parking either. Definitely did not feel safe. Also I wasn’t recognized as an honors member and had to ask for my snack bag.

Manager and staff is rude . Rooms are never actually clean . They even have ants (it will not let me post a video but I will go take a video screenshot) food behind the bed and stuck to the chair , hair folded up in the towels ! Overall a 0/10 !
