Great afternoon team. Greatly appreciated Mike and his staff for all they.do for their guest. This is the best place to stay when I come to the Columbia area for work
Stay on March 26-29. No manager will call me back or respond to my email. We had to clean our room upon arrival because our room was dirty. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped the shower and sink had hair in it and there was pee around the toilet. I have pictures of you need to see it. But this is unacceptable and I have been a Hilton Honors member for sometime. I have never encountered this before at any previous Hilton hotel. Good size rooms; clean and convenient location
Very nice rooms. Gym is fully equipped and the breakfast is good.
