Clean lobby, shower was good the mattress was shot! Sleeping in a chair would result in similar results however stay clear of room #166!. Right next to a maintenance room. Had very limited sleep with Pumps and blowers running all through the night!. Honestly would pass on this hotel.
We stayed here while traveling from Cedar Point to Kings Island. This hotel is a surprising gem. I've never stayed at a Tru but was happy with the service and room quality. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast but enjoyed the coffee in the lobby. We would easily stay here again our next trip through Columbus
On Friday, my husband and my family were in the lobby and the manager yelled at them and threatened his employees. He treated them so badly that my family got angry and sad because of how he spoke to those poor people who work for the hotel and threatened the men that he was going to kick them out. Unfortunately, my husband, my family and the employees of my husband's company are not going to return to this hotel because of that man.
