HUGE shoutout to hotel staff, and the GM Jay. Hilton Honors was being incredibly evasive, but the hotel staff was wonderfully accommodating and made sure my problem was resolved. One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced, we got in super late and received the warmest welcome. Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, the shower was so nice. Breakfast wasn’t your typical hotel breakfast but it was pretty good. We only got to stay for a night but would love to come back for multiple days to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer!
If I could put no stars I would. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent four-day stay at your hotel. I had issues regarding cleanliness, service, and billing. Upon arrival, when entering the first set of double doors, the smell of feet hits you immediately. This poor first impression continued throughout the building.
