Don't let the hotel lobby fool you. This hotel is awful. The deadbolt was missing from the door. The floors and bathroom were absolutely filthy. They control the thermostat which makes for a very hot, uncomfortable room. I will never stay at a Hilton ever again. Absolutely disgusting. and terrible experience.
This hotel concept is next level. This location is a super hotel with connected Tru and Home2. Massive fun lobbies, beer on tap with a prepaid card (no refunds!). A selfie spot for the holidays. Very welcoming of dogs with an additional fee. Well stocked pantry as well. I am always relieved when I book Tru.
Enjoyed a one night stay! Cindy at the front desk was great—she really helped me out during the snowstorm and made everything so much less stressful. The place was clean, cozy, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend!
Everyone is so kind and polite at this hotel. From the front desk to maintenance, the kitchen ladies, to the guy who cleans the floor. To the manager it is refreshing to have a great crew staffed at a hotel. Keep up the great work. From the driver who you always made sure she got her chocolate milk at breakfast.
