Room had a mini refrigerator but no microwave.
Nikki was amazing at the front desk, very very helpful made us feel very welcomed, the room was beautiful and big and very much worth what you’re paying! Nikki most definitely deserves a rise!
What a great stay we had! Hotel is very clean and had great amenities. Rooms a little on the small side…but we weren’t there to hang out in our room. Great base for going to the Air Show and the Zoo. Lots of restaurants and shops around as well!
Clean lobby, shower was good the mattress was shot! Sleeping in a chair would result in similar results however stay clear of room #166!. Right next to a maintenance room. Had very limited sleep with Pumps and blowers running all through the night!. Honestly would pass on this hotel.
We stayed here while traveling from Cedar Point to Kings Island. This hotel is a surprising gem. I've never stayed at a Tru but was happy with the service and room quality. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast but enjoyed the coffee in the lobby. We would easily stay here again our next trip through Columbus
