I was a nervous about staying here due to some recent reviews, but we always prefer Tru because of no carpets & the simpless of the rooms. This hotel was great! It smells great and clean when you walk in. The temp was perfect & all the hotel staff I dealt with were very kind and extremely professional! Our room was very clean and the beds were great. I really don’t want to give them a star at all. So I went to check in around 11 o’clock last night. It was two ladies there. The rude one name was nipte or something like that. Anyway when I walked in she was RUDE!! She asked for my ID rude then tells me I have to pay her $250 because of my ID. Mind you I no longer live in Greensboro I live in Atlanta. Had a great experience at this Hilton Hotel, my first time in a Tru and I recommend it to anyone that’s needing something nice and also affordable.
Clean hotel and the staff were very helpful.
