Had a great experience at this Hilton Hotel, my first time in a Tru and I recommend it to anyone that’s needing something nice and also affordable.
Clean hotel and the staff were very helpful.
William and the rest of the staff here were great. The hotel is very clean. We had a great stay. I will say that I prefer the dream, whatever beds, and a more traditional layout for the room at the hampton, but we were unable to get in there.
We stay at Tru often, but this night was horrible and our worst ever experience. Our next door neighbor played loud, thumping, party music like they were on a carnival cruise until 4:30am. Shook the bed and the walls. At 1:30am, I called down to complain to the front desk. It quit for 30 mins and started back. I called all night long. This morning, I asked for a refund and the front desk refused. Most shocking was he said “that’s the chance you take of staying in a hotel”.
