Excellent stay
This hotel is so pristine and clean. All of the staff have been some of the nicest people I've ever encountered. The rooms are comfy, though they're a touch smaller than some I've stayed in. However, that shouldn't deter you from staying here. All quality toiletries and shower products are provided, and the bathrooms are spacious. The gym and pool areas are very clean and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!
A nice surprise for us. With the price point so reasonable, we would not have expected such a pleasant environment with nice amenities.
I am a Hilton Diamond member and my stay at Tru in Grantville Pa is less than adequate. The door lock does not work properly, at one point locking me out of my room. Secondly the thermostat repeatedly turns off because it is low battery. I spoke with the front desk multiple times and they wrote up a “ticket” for maintenance. Maintenance did nothing even though they addressed the ticket as “fixed”. When I spoke with Michael at the front desk this last time he was less than helpful, making excuse after excuse.
