I stayed here for one night for a wedding in the area. Overall, the Tru was clean, convenient, and affordable. The room was bright and functional and the amenities were all that I needed for a short stay. What made the experience stand out was Annett at the front desk. I asked for an early check-in so that I could freshen up before the wedding and she was very sincere in trying to help, and was able to get me in early. Thanks, Annett!
A member of the housekeeping staff entered our room with my wife and kids present before we had checked out. Absolutely unacceptable.
We stayed here with a large group and went to Hershey Park. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and a special shoutout to Michael at the front desk for being so helpful!
The hotel is clean, bright, and has a good breakfast. The soap and shampoos in the rooms were really nice too. The staff were very accommodating! I needed a room to set up and play my bagpipes to tune them before a funeral close by the hotel and they went out of their way to help me find a spot to tune.
