Tried to change rooms and pay a difference. Told it was different hotels across hall and same building. Need different things in room. Our company has a great deal of people that come to work. Same managers, same employees, same dinning area, same parking garage but can’t make a change on a room in a hotel that not full and pay the difference. Asked for the managers email to not write a bad review but given an invalid email no card. No more busy for this place from our company.
Staff was super helpful and super laid back!
Stayed at this hotel and was overcharged by more than USD60 in December 2025. Repeated follow up to clarify the charges was met with NO response. Dishonest managemnet
