I currently stay out 225 nights a year in hilton hotels for my job. Very rarely do I arrive at midnight and get the welcome I received from Sarah. She was very kind and convinced me to make this one of my regular stops. I really enjoyed this stay and Sarah's great attitude. Will definitely be putting TRU Florence on my route! She's a keeper Hilton!!
Rooms were a little strand, no matching end table no place to charge phone by the bed and no microwave. And pool table in the lobby thru me off a bit.
Excellent experience. The hotel is well managed, clean, and has a very bright and fun vibe with modern and attractive furnishings. You can tell they are trying to appeal to the younger crowd. Lots of amenities for hotel guests, such as a large lobby, entertainment area, outdoor patio lounge area, and even an outdoor gas grill, which I assume can be used by hotel guests. Left first room due to dirty floor and blood on pillow case. Nice front desk clerk transfered me to another room, which was cleaner but look and sink drain. Not good ! They did offer me a free candy bar - wow !!
