Absolutely not a $160 per night room. It's the little things. No in room coffee, hard beds, the ac was broken (that was kind of a bigger deal, they got us a new room), broken bathroom tiles, no in room tissues, paper or pens, no water in the fridge, and the TV in the new room wasn't connected to wifi service. The front desk guy was nice. The new room smelt very musty/moldy. Hopefully i don't wake up with my eyes crusted shut. Probably should have gone to Hampton and saved $30.
Good location right off 95. Several dining options around. Not a very quiet area with truck stops close by. Room was spacious and comfortable.
This hotel is not in the best area but does have easy on off freeway access. The beds are so very comfortable and it was quiet. If you are obese, you probably do not want to stay here. The towels will not fit around you and barely fit around me. If you have back or mobility issues, there is no shelf in the shower so you have to bend over to get your shower items, so you may not want to stay here. Decent room and good location, but they didn't tell me upon checkin that the building had no wifi, despite the website saying they do. By the time I was checked in it was too late to go elsewhere and I couldn't use the tv or internet for any of my devices. It was still down the next morning until checkout.
When I arrived to check in, the receptionist was hiding in a corner talking on her phone, so being asked if I was "here to check in?" by a randomly dressed person from a dark corner of the entrance was a bit concerning. She then got behind the counter where she's supposed to be, then continued her conversation on her cell phone, while talking to a customer that called the front desk, while another guest and I were waiting to be checked in.
