Lovely hotel. Clean rooms friendly staff. Breakfast bar on point.
This is an update since I could not locate my original poor review. So I really hope this one is read as well. I believe that if you complain in public, if the issue is rectified with ease you should also redo your review. With that said, in the morning I went to the front desk and explained the issue about the bedding oder to a really kind man name John and he was so gracious and kind in understanding that he refunded my stay which I wasn't expecting but was a beautiful surprise in how to handle a situation like this. Great stay. In a world after covid where the majority of hilton properties are in need of refurbishment and they Nickle and dime you- Tru rarely disappoints. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, full coffee bar with good creamers - A+++ stay for me.
While the location was convenient for stopping on our trip, there was not one single positive thing I can say. When we arrived the front desk person had airpods in and looked down instead of greeting me or seeing if we needed anything. Definitely didn't tell us breakfast ends at NINE! So we get to the breakfast right at nine and it's still out so we make plates and the employee comes out to clean up and made a big dramatic eye roll and stormed away. I called her out on it.
