This was my first stay at a Tru by Hilton. It was a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I look forward to returning soon.
Great place
Truck by Hilton is an excellent place for drivers to stop and rest. The parking area is convenient and well-organized, making it easy for truckers to get in and out without stress. The rooms are clean, modern, and quiet, which is exactly what you need after a long day on the road. Staff is friendly, professional, and understands the needs of truck drivers. Having a safe place to park, relax, and get a good night’s sleep makes a huge difference. Highly recommended for any professional driver traveling through the area.
The woman who works the morning shift is incredibly rude. While grabbing breakfast, she demanded to know what room number I was staying in - something I have never experienced at any Hilton property. Upon leaving, she followed me out and told me to never come back.
