If I could upload a video I would upload the video of their housekeeper stealing two brand new bags of crocs and Adidas slides. When we left the room I have made several complaints asked the hotel to give me a call back. They let me know that their manager will call back and still receive nothing. Do not stay here unless you want your items stolen from their housekeepers. The only thing they keep telling me is their cameras didn’t work at the time, but mine did so.

Rooms here are clean and decent. A/C is fine but a window unit is decidedly low budget. The area is nothing to write home about. You can tell this hotel was just built and hurriedly so. Front desk lady was RUDE beyond belief and made a big fuss about me asking to switch rooms because my original room stunk strongly of cleaning products and the A/C didn't work. The pool is also way too small. Otherwise an okay hotel but wouldn't stay here voluntarily again.

Decepción, para estadía de una noche, esta bien pero paras mas estadía no lo recomiendo, no asean todos los dias las habitaciones, tuve que sacar la basura, y tener que estar pidiendo cambio de toallas y papel higiénico y cuando disque asean solo tienden las camas, no aspiran ni limpian nada, solo buena ubicación por la cercanía al aereopuerto.
