Front desk was rude.. she wanted to charge us 25 dollar for an hour late check out .. rude attire and just not nice to talk to . Rooms are small and not clean. Plenty of hotels around we checking out and going somewhere else !!!
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Although it was only a short 2-day stay, I expected my room to be cleaned and supplied with fresh towels. Being a Hilton Rewards member—especially with a high status—apparently means nothing here. Breakfast starts too late in the morning. They told me they clean rooms every other day, which is unacceptable. When I requested 4 sets of towels, I was told I had to come get them myself, and they only gave me 2. This was around 4 p.m., so it wasn’t late in the day.
Me and my son choose this hotel because they have a Pool Table in Lobby. Their is a sign that says go to front desk for sticks and 8 ball and turn in by 12AM . Went at 11pm to check out Sticks and the lady said No Pool after 11pm but the sign clearly says 12AM
