Convenient location. Very friendly front desk staff. A few operational issues kept this from being a 5-star rating. The digital key system was malfunctioning and the swimming pool was out of order.
So the hotel is beautiful and great location! The beds however are very uncomfortable and we tossed and turned every night! I would recommend in investing in new comfortable mattresses. The most important in staying at a hotel is the comfort when you go to sleep at night. For that reason I gave 3 stars.
Stayed for two days! Room was clean, pillows smelled like an arm pit Room was next to where they make breakfast the alarms for the ovens started going off repeated about 6am Saturday morning The sink in our bathroom didn’t drain you had to flush the toilets twice to get it to flush The TV didn’t work all it did is buffer. Charged for parking which was utterly ridiculous! No service to the room nor did anyone ask if we needed anything.
Perfect location, great rooms, a very nice gym with a connected laundry room. It's a little pricey, but overall, clean and one of my favorite hotels. Highly recommend! For food near the hotel, I highly recommend the Mighty Chicken Sando restaurant just down the road, which is owner-operated. You should not be disappointed. Fresh, organic chicken and homemade pickles.
