At our arrival we were treated very kindly and the lady in front gave my granddaughter coloring book and colors. The room was very clean and it was a good size for 4 adults and a my 4 year old granddaughter. Many towels that made me happy. The bed so comfortable AC was perfect not hot and not cold. We checked in very late Thursday night/Friday morning. The room was musty smelling and the bedsheets smelled like must. We went to bed as it was late and were going to address it in the AM. I went down to address it with the staff at the checkin desk. They said housekeeping came in at 9am and it would be addressed promptly. I went upstairs to shower after using the gym and found hair in the shower. I then went back downstairs to let them know of the other issue and grabbed breakfast.
