The staff here especially at night is not very good! They are lazy and seem to do the absolute bare minimum of their jobs. Some not even that! The graveyard lady is absolutely the rudest lady I've ever met in my life! She's ignorant, and boastful about her job and job history (why she feels the need to tell me this I'll never know) . She needs more training especially on people with disabilities!!
I love the rooms at Tru. My only wish is that they had a closet OR dresser. If I was staying for more than just one night I would not want to live out of my suitcase
