The hotel was nice but, there were no towels at the heated pool that was freezing, there were screws coming out of the shower seat as my room was wheelchair accessible, not my idea of safe, three pillows per bed in a double room designed to sleep 4, lastly there were 2 handicap parking spots one at the front of the building as it should be and the other was across the parking lot behind the executive member parking, really nice. Other than that it’s a fairly new hotel serviced by friendly staff.

I really enjoyed the peacefulness of the rooms here, the fridges are quiet, seems to be good soundproofing so I had an excellent stay here. Breakfast was fine, not fancy. Rooms are a little worn in places, the odd chip here and there but overall clean and tidy. Shower was excellent strength and temperature. Would book again.

Zero interaction and poor hospitality. I stay in Hilton frequently and this is by far the worst stay. The hotels are ragged, the food is mediocre, and the service is substandard.

This place is DISGUSTING. I called Alberta Health for an emergency inspection because they had bed bugs! Forget trying to talk to the manager he is rude and lacks accountability. Don’t waste your money here.

Booked this hotel because it seemed nice, had a car issue and had to called to inform of next day check in. The first girl Dayana (Spanish) very nice spoken and friendly, but couldnt help me. Next guy I think maybe their manager sounded East Indian, rude 0 customer service. I simply called to informed them I would arrived the next day not the day the bookings starts, and couldn’t help, tried hanging the call while I was still talking.
