This is our second stay in the last 30 days. 1st time was phenomenal, great service and only issue was the cable guide was not matching to the TV channels. I assumed it was a small issue with that room on 3rd floor. I did tell front desk about this, Well second stay was 9th ro 11th different floor and SAME issue with cable. We even got 2 other couples to stay here because of our 1st experience. Lady on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. Stay away from this place
Pool has a contract with a swimming school for kids so really not usable for most of the day. If I’m paying for a hotel I expect the amenities to only be for the hotel guests. I will not stay here again for that reason!
