Absolutely embarrassing hotel. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, things have to be REALLY BAD, but after two stays here in October with my wife and our two toddlers, I feel people should know what they’re getting into. We chose this place for its convenience to the Anthony Henday, but both visits were brutal. I’d like to first start off by expressing my complete disgust with the unprofessionalism from the staff at this hotel. I stayed in this hotel twice in the month of October as an overnight stay between travelling with 2 toddlers and my husband. I booked for its convenience to Anthony Henday.
