Not a great experience. The staff were not very nice or accommodating. They had a group stay, and they were very unkind and unfriendly. The blankets were were provided were so flimsy, you needed to be dressed up in order to stay warm and have a good sleep.
We had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and Shyne was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. One feature we really appreciated was that the first floor does not have carpet, which is fantastic when traveling with dogs. The hotel was very accommodating to our dogs and especially respectful and welcoming toward service dogs. I had a great stay! The rooms were a bit smaller than I had expected. And I was a bit shocked that there were not any coffee makers or microwaves in the room. Just communal microwave and unlimited coffee in the lobby. I did not read those details on the website. Nice amenities and friendly staff.
