For a SR with a disability, I was too far from the elevator. The room was ok but it had bunk beds. They excused it saying they upgraded me. The service was fine.

Location was one of the best things about this place. After an extremely long travel it was disappointing to not get a good shower (as the water was a trickle) and a rough night of sleep due to the beds being uncomfortable. Most of the staff weren't very pleasant or welcoming. We chose not to re-book a room on our return trip home and won't be choosing tru by Hilton anywhere for future trips.
