Stayed here for a conference. The conference center is only a block or two away so it was a very convenient location. I stayed for three nights. I only ate breakfast at the hotel one morning but they seemed to have lots of good options. I really appreciated all the help from the front desk. They kept a cooler of breastmilk for me in the freezer so I was able to transport it home on my flight.
Rooms were ok. Small and the mattress was thin. My biggest complaint here was the lack of elevators! You have 2 hotels in 1 with 2 working elevators. We had to use the stairs and we're staying in the 18th floor. Ridiculous. Every guest we ran into had the same complaint. Fix it!
Me encantó lo recomiendo es súper limpio cómodo céntrico de todo, atención excelente, desayuno rico y súper variado, tiene todo muy serca, las habitaciones son muy bonitas. Lo que no tiene es el estacionamiento incluido pero puedes estacionar serca y es más económico
This is a criticism of the brand. It's as if Hilton wants to be sure you know it's a BUDGET option. The bed is thin and the sheets are wafer thin. The shower head is so high that anyone under 6ft will have a hard time getting wet. The decor is attractive but the 2 most important things about a hotel room....a good bed and shower are missing. The staff at this location were helpful although I was overcharged for parking and am still hoping to resolve it.
The worst hotel I have ever been too! Poorly managed, was met with nothing but attitude by management when I came in during check in time and had to wait an hour for my room to be ready. The bar is supposed to open at 4 but when I came down, absolutely no one was there, and I didn’t see anyone until about 6 o’clock. The website lied about the amenities that they offer and I will not be coming back here. If you need a pace to stay in downtown Denver, go anywhere but the Hilton
