Nice hotel. Convenient in the middle of downtown Denver. You can take the free 16st bus from the Union Station to here by getting off at Curtis. The room is clean.
I just submitted another complaint to the city about the noise. The honking is so bad it wakes me up every morning. The first honking starts at around 6 am and the last honking stops at around midnight. The problem could be solved by mirrors instead of just honking around every corner.
The staff are attentive and professional. The complementary breakfast is good with plenty of room for guests. The hotel is walking distance to Union Station.
Our first time staying at a Tru and the rooms were very nice but small. The valet staff are friendly and so helpful. The front desk staff was very quiet and standoffish. I did like the text options they sent asking if anything was needed and they responded in a timely manner.
