The hotel was OK. The room was small. Breakfast and breakfast area was good. Lobby bar seemed to be nice.
Mi habitación estuvo impecable en mi llegada, y la cama ha sido de las más cómodas. El servicio del personal de recepción y valet parking fue excelente, muy eficiente y amable. La ubicación te permite caminar por el centro cómodamente. Me volvería a quedar en este hotel.
I am actually horrified, I don’t even know what to say in this review. The front desk agent who checked me in should not have his job. First - he had attitude from the start because I think it was busy? Second, he gave me a room I didn’t reserve because it was busy? Third, he berated me about booking through a travel website. The final straw was the fact that I was just standing at the front desk for a room key and he completely ignored me for over 20 minutes. Just absolutely pathetic service.
