Room is very small and the deadbolt did not work on the entrance door, maintenance did come and fix it. The bed frame is bigger than the mattress and we kept hitting our shins on corners of the bed frames. No ice bucket in the room but front desk did get is one, but it came with no liner just a plastic buckle? The room was clean and the breakfast was really good well stocked and clean in the breakfast area, Tru hotel shares the area with Homewood Suites. The hotel was wonderful! The staff was incredible kind and helpful, the rooms are super comfortable and cozy, and it's really easy to get to from the airport. I only wish we had stayed there longer and we'll definitely be coming back in the future.

After a horrible travel ordeal involving severe weather and a missed connection flight, I arrived at the hotel at 2am after sitting in an airport terminal for 12 hours. My checked bag was being held at the airport because I had another connection, so I had nothing other than a phone charger. The front desk employee was so helpful in getting me some toiletries and snacks, and her empathy was a godsend after the day I had. I didn’t get her name, but she worked overnight on 7/19/26. Whoever you are, thank you!!!

We enjoy staying at Tru hotels and this location did not disappoint. It's in a very convenient location that's close to the airport. The lobby area was nice, front desk staff were friendly, and rooms were nice enough. The breakfast was pretty good and offered breakfast taco / bowl options which was nice. Parking is $15 dollars a night, which is unfortunate. This is the first Tru that I've stayed at that charges for parking.
