Went to Deadwood for our first time. Booked at the Tru by Hilton in Cadillac Jack's. The hotel itself is very nice. Casino is on the main floor and the hotels are above. The room was smaller than anticipated, limited storage space (no closet, a small rack to hang clothes). The bed was not overally comfortable. The room did have left over items from the previous guest, could have been cleaned better. There was no safe. A microwave was pictured in the room that was booked, the room had no microwave. Great location!
I loved my stay here, and extremely convenient of a location- easy to get to Sturgis deadwood mains at and spearfish The staff (Shannon, Crystal, Alissa, Tyler) were very responsive and helpful) Shannon helped me to extend my stay by another day for pretty reasonable price especially during the rally. I didn't even have to change rooms. I'm happy!
