Great hotel. Hot water is lacking in the morning. Other than that a terrific hotel. The staff was great!

Our stay at Tru by Hilton in Crossett, Arkansas was so good. Walking into the hotel we noticed how clean it was and how good it smelled. The staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful. I want to give a huge shout out to Devin who checked on us regularly by text messaging. She was quick to respond to questions, offer suggestions for lunch and dinner, and just made sure we had everything we needed.
