The only issue with this one is that it is not moped before the next guess. Unless they just do terrible when mopping. Other than that, Tru, is always a True experience.
The rooms were VERY, EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! Our first room had a leak. We reported it, and staff quickly and without issues changed our room. The wife cleaned the floor with a Clorox Wipe (because she's like that. Even before covid), and she was surprised at how clean it was !! The restroom was very organized. We Stayed Aug 1 the 3rd, we had a good stay, breakfast was great, with hot oatmeal and fresh yogurt. It was yummy, better than your average breakfast. The staff were all very nice. Yes the rooms are smaller than the other Hilton brands, but everything else is at Hilton level. This location just remolded the pool , and I'm a avid swimmer and the water was so beautiful, crystal clear, It sparkled! There are 5 water spouts going down each side of the pool.
