OMG!!!!! This is an awesome place to stay the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean I met a young man by the name of Izzy and he's an exceptional young man and very very courteous and he's a housekeeper does an awesome job
I’m honestly very disappointed with our stay at this Hilton property. Before arriving, I specifically requested a room away from the elevators, but that request was completely ignored. The customer service throughout our stay was also lacking. The staff was not welcoming or helpful. we weren’t given any guidance about the property, directions, or even basic information upon check-in. Very quick and easy check in. Front desk person was knowledgeable, helpful,informative and very nice.
Room was not properly cleaned, hair in the shower and in the bathroom, someone’s old tea in the refrigerator, wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.
I really like it staying 8days at tru by Hilton Corpus Christi it’s nice really people it’s clean good breakfast every morning nice staff I do recommend it check it out
