“Good value and convenient stay” Tru by Hilton Cleveland delivered exactly what we needed—a clean, comfortable stay at a fair price. The free parking and complimentary breakfast were real perks that made the trip easier and more enjoyable. Solid choice if you want good value without sacrificing convenience.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Cleveland. The hotel is located in a sketchy area and feels quite isolated. There are no nearby restaurants/bars/stores close by. We witnessed two people trying to break into cars in the parking lot in broad daylight. We tried to go to the nearest supermarket that the hotel receptionist recommended to pick up some snacks/drinks, and there was a fight happening within the supermarket entrance area.
