I'm going to start with no hand soap in the container , I'm not sure who the housekeeper is but she should definitely be fired. I had to clean the room myself just so I can be relaxed it was very dusty and dirty The TV remote did not have a cover on the back I didn't feel it until I almost scraped my hand the palm of my hand Larry improper hospitality it's all I can say, hospitality is everything yes I definitely like to be compensated for my inconvenience
It was a great stay. Rooms and areas were all clean, and the breakfast in the morning was good. Staff was friendly, and the check in through the app made getting there much easier.
All around a great stay!
