We booked a room, and four hours into our stay, we had a family emergency in Toledo so we had to leave. I explained to the guy at the front desk at around 1230am and 1:00 am. He explained that he would talk to the manager about giving us a refund and to call the manager the next day to confirm that we did in fact get a refund. Has to stay here due to a gas leak in our house. The beds are the absolute worst sleeping on the floor is better than these beds I gave up trying to sleep after tossing and turning for hours and sleeping in my car. The chargers in the lamp dont workn thought my phone was charging dor 3 hours and its at 30%. What a shame from Hilton they've always been comfortable.
Great hotel for a quick visit to the area. No frills, but that’s what Tru is known for as part of their service model. In a good area with quick access to everything in the area.
Friendly staff, clean, and the beds were comfy! Smaller rooms, we only stayed one night but would stay again!
Rooms were tight with limited storage, but everything was so clean, staff was so great, and the lobby is wonderful.
