Amazing i loved it here
Generally a good hotel based on location and amenities. However, I stayed there for four nights and our experience wasn’t positive. The first night, after checking in, our room was dirty and was missing soap in the bathroom and the bed had dirty linens. Specifically, the pillow cases had makeup smeared into them from the previous tenant. When we called to get soap and new linens, the people working there had no clue where to acquire these items and had to call back in the person who cleans the rooms. Good customer service. Nice room. Would have given a 4/5 review if the wifi worked. I called maintenance and someone showed up...but problem was never resolved.
