despite the poor reviews, our stay was enjoyable. Lobby and rooms were very clean, comfortable and safe. Breakfast was hot, fresh with diverse options. We enjoyed the bacon and eggs bagels with orange juice. If you bring your own ev 120 charger cord they have space to plug up outside near charging stations. Although we had a poor initial experience with one of the front desk managment staff, We weren't going to let someone's bad day taint the efforts of the entire staff. Definitely would book again when in VA!
Having stayed at a Tru by Hilton for the first time just one night before my stay here and having an excellent experience (Yay, Hagerstown location)! I was excited to stay again while in the Chesapeake area. Unfortunately this 2 night experience was not anywhere near the same. I arrived around midnight and my floor absolutely reeked of weed. They have unfriendly EV charging stations. Most Hilton locations have free to Hilton account holders...
First time experience, the room was comfortable, but definitely not for spending a lot of time in them, more so just to sleep. Offered a free continental breakfast that I found to be satisfactory but nothing very tasty.
