I have been here a few times for both, overnight stays and business meetings. The hotel is clean, the staff are very accommodating and polite and convenient to all areas of Beaufort. I will stay there again.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would I was absolutely amazed and impressed. Would definitely go there again if I have to.
Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I absolutely love the towels! I didn't heist one, but I really really wanted to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The benches in front of the lobby made for a wonderful gathering spot for our large group.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a small issue during our stay at Tru by Hilton in Beaufort, and Faith, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make it right. She was kind, professional, and handled everything quickly. Her excellent customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. Thanks to Faith, we’ll definitely be coming back! It’s customer service like this that will keep attracting guests back to this location.
