Overall, I had a pleasant experience. My room was very clean, and the front desk clerk who assisted us upon arrival was exceptionally friendly. The room was significantly smaller than a typical hotel room, and while there were several breakfast options available, the selection did not personally appeal to us. Additionally, I felt somewhat uneasy about the safety of the neighborhood located directly behind the property, which would make me hesitate to stay here again if I were traveling alone.
Tru by Hilton Beaufort was a solid choice for our stay. The location is great for exploring the area, about 45 minutes from Hilton Head, which isn't bad at all considering everything else it has going for it. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we never heard any noise from other guests, which made for a peaceful stay. I really appreciated the flooring choice too. Absolutely Enjoy Staying at Tru , However this time wasn’t so good for my Daughters! Their room was not clean and there was hair everywhere! I was there longer than usual so I needed to wash some clothes but downside No Laundry Room and no Pool! Coffee is delicious along with the Delicious Breakfast! And Friendly Helpful Staff!

Overall a decent place to stay. The rooms were a bit dated with rusty fixtures and the air conditioner sounded like a semi truck getting second gear. I had to stay a week due to a family member being in an ICU. Late nights at the hospital combined with the cleaning crew (read: wrecking crew) made the mornings quite miserable. Constant slamming of toilet seats and I'm guessing some kind of bin door on their carts, no consideration that some people might still be sleeping whatsoever. Desk staff was awesome.
