They have a most wonderful staff and hotel to stay at .They remember customers and greet you warmly with a smile ☺️We were able to check in early and appreciate that so much .The lovely Spanish women i cant remember how to spell her name (MY APOLOGIES)is absolutely our favorite Tru Hilton employee hands down . Many options to dine at I suggest Amiccis in little italy its outstanding. I will not stay anywhere else when in Baltimore you won us over and yall rock in the service industry.
Very clean and in the Baltimore Harbor area. Close to great restaurants and Johns Hopkins.
At first glance one may think they are clean but the room I checked into smelled absolutely awful! They tired to mask the smell by turning the AIR on blast which it is winter time 28 degrees. I should've asked for a new room then. I stayed only to be grossly disappointed. There is small hairs all throughout the bed smh. I was livid!! I ended up asking for more sheets and was told I needed to come down and get the sheet set myself. No I wasn't expecting luxury but I would expect it to at least have cleaner rooms. Terrible location also they made very little effort in Baltimore to clean up the snow even the hotel did not clear very well Infront . The supervisor was very nice but Brian the night guy was terrible . I asked for towels and he made zero effort to even get out of his chair he rolled around and put them against himself I ended up not even using them as that’s disgusting . Location is cool. Quiet area near Little Italy. Breakfast is solid: nothing special but it checks out. Good value for money, overall. I would recommend.
