Location was convenient. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was very convenient across the street. Only $5 Sat and Sun each time you entered. Inma at the front desk was amazing!! We were so stressed after arriving because there was a bike race in town that had soooooo many streets closed. She helped us navigate the rest of our evening.
the customer service is phenomenal, the rooms are modern and comfortable, the breakfast is really yummy! (comming from someone who hates hotel breakfast) shout out to whoever makes the omelettes! Walkable to wherever i needed to go and its worth mentioning that the shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, etc that is provided smells SO good🤩 theres a gym, and working spaces too 10/10 will return!
I am an avid business traveler. Customer service has been lost when companies hire staff. Not with Miriam, front desk. She greeted me with a smile, great advice of the area, advice of where to eat, and helped me with checking in. The next day, she remembered my name and asked about my evening. First class customer service at its best. Thanks Miriam. You are a diamond in the rough. I hope others get to experience I had.
