Really enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton. The hotel has a nice mountain view, plus plenty of amenities including a gym, breakfast, indoor pool, market area, and pool table. There was an issue with the system being down when I arrived to check in, but Perla and the manager still made sure I was able to get checked in and taken care of, which I really appreciated. Love this hotel, it’s so clean, you can smell it when you walk it! The room was awesome and the amenities are great too :)
Wow this is the worst customer service I have received at a hotel ever. It's common courtesy that when there is a note from overnight staff to send someone up to a room to fix a problem the next day, you would then communicate with the guest in the AM to ask when would be a good time/check to ensure they aren't sleeping, and furthermore communicate with guest/staff to ensure it got fixed correctly.
