Room was clean and comfortable, no issues with anything. Air conditioner was cold and water was hot, not much more you could ask for

I had a really nice stay here. The hotel is clean and new looking. The front desk, staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean (no microwave). The room was exceptionally quiet at night. I think this is partially due to sound proofing and partially due to the posted quiet hours. The lobby has a nice community feel to it with comfortable tables and places to sit. There’s a pool table. Many people were just hanging out in the lobby, enjoying the amenities. Pet friendly. We had a fantastic stay at Tru by Hilton Aloha! The hotel is new, very clean, and the service exceeded our expectations—especially for the price. We stayed for five days and truly enjoyed every moment. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. A special shoutout to the young woman who worked most mornings during our stay—though we didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly attentive, keeping the food well-stocked and the dining area spotless.
