Clean nice place! Been greeted by very nice people and treated well.Room&bathroom was clean smelled good.Clean sheets Bed is also comfortable along with the pillows.Lobby is big with lots of snacks and drinks and features.Pleasant stay.✌🏻

From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth and welcoming at True by Hilton The staff really made us feel at home. Trish was amazing, so friendly and helpful, and she even gave us a snack bag at check-in, which was such a nice touch! Ryan was also fantastic, he drove the shuttle, super nice and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. Great location, literally across the street from the airport. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. My room, unfortunately, was not very clean. The floor was very sticky. The bathroom was not as clean as I would like it to be. The worst part was what I think is termites on the window sill. Felt a couple of them walking on me while in bed. Also, I had to go to the front desk to ask them to change the body wash bottle in the shower, and the lady just handed me a new bottle.
