Rooms dont have a microwave, digital key wasn't working. Early in the morning about 6am I could hear a dog barking nonstop i tried to reach out to front desk various times but no one responded. The rooms don't have a microwave.
Stayed at Tru by Hilton Albuquerque North I-25 from Feb 27–28. The staff was extremely nice and friendly throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a good basic selection. The only downside was that the pool was closed, which was a main reason we chose this hotel while visiting. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Overall, we had a good experience, and if the pool is fixed/open next time, we would definitely stay here again.
