As an Operations Manager with a focus on customer experience, I know a thing or two about meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The reviews are high for a reason - these people go out of their way to make storing your items here simple and easy. I live 7 hours away, have never met the staff in person, but was always able to reach Bill for any questions around billing, accessing the unit, and other inquiries. 100% recommend TruBlue! I was looking for a storage unit in the Rochester area a few months ago and chose this one based on all the great Reviews I read and this place lived up to all the great things I heard! The owner is so helpful, flexible and kind. I came in looking for a unit and he got me all set up within 10 minutes. The customer service at TRU BLU is unmatched. Bill was phenomenal... Very helpful, accommodating, and personable. The storage facilities are spotless and secure as well. I recommend this place for anyone looking for peace of mind storage and a GREAT customer service experience.
