The best whole body, low impact, metabolic rate boosting workout I've ever done! It's not easy but I love it! The instructors are awesome, too!

One of the best studio workouts a woman can do for their body! The studio creates a community while offering a great workout. The instructors are the best!
Sue and her team always ensure that each and every person in class are doing exactly the right thing for that persons unique needs. I have done barre with Sue since the day she opened and she has helped keep me strong despite having a connective tissue disorder that keeps me from being able to do certain exercise safely. She and her team have guided me through two pregnancies and a physically demanding job and have balanced the line between pushing me to achieve more and keeping me safe from injury.
