Can't speak highly enough of this place. This gym has all the equipment you would need. Coaching staff is so helpful and friendly. I quit bench pressing because of shoulder pain, and Coach Tony helped me to get back to benching pain-free. If you're a powerlifter, weightlifter, or someone looking to get into barbell sports in a non-intimidating environment, this is a great place to check out.
Just came back from the gym an hour ago and I absolutely loved it!! Great people, environment, and positive encouragement, attitude, and conversations. Tony is the best and he’s super fun to talk to!! Loved the background of the woods/trees. If you want a workout that gives you great motivation and energy, this is the place to be!
My friends run own and operate this place and it us TRULY top notch! My friends have a great, clean facility with top of the line equipment and ALWAYS super friendly customer service! Coaching here is also top notch. If you want to come to a gym and feel overly welcome and empowered then this is the place for you! You will be in the best hands in the entire industry.
