Tru Air to the rescue! 🙌 My AC went out, and after waiting almost three weeks for my home warranty company to get someone out, I finally had to escalate the situation. Being without AC that long was just not going to work! They switched me to Tru Air, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of how quickly they responded. I did not have a good experience. We had not a complete explanation about what they will be doing when replacing my furnace. Their work did not pass the city inspection due to several flaws. I will probably finish paying double because I will have to call some other company to do the job well. Very disappointed and sad.
Amber office manager very professional. Met the owner very caring about my issues. Employees that came out did excellent job. Tru Air is a top of the line business.
Oscar was awesome. Very professional and got our A/C back up in running in no time at all. Amber is also awesome getting us taken care of. Would recommend Tru Air to anyone needing service.
My warranty company hired them to repair my swamp cooler. I told their dispatcher it was a swamp cooler. When they got here he said they only work on refrigerated air. He then wanted to go in my house to take a photo of my thermostat so as to prove it isn’t working I guess? Why would I let him take a photo of my swamp cooler switch if he wasn’t going to help fix it for me? So that they can keep the service fee I paid? He became agitated and left with his partner.
