TLDR; the TruAdvantage Team Realtor lost my earnest deposit from not responding to messages for days at a time. I worked with Brett from TruAdvantage Team in York, PA. I had also attempted to work with Sara (Brett’s Supervisor) and Jeff (TruAdvantage CEO). Brett failed to follow up, had provided auspicious service, and failed to give guidance to a home sale which then resulted in a contract termination which will lead to $5000 of earnest money being lost at the fault of the realtor.
