If I could give the Tru by Hilton in the colony , Dallas Texas zero stars, I would. My recent stay was absolutely unacceptable, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the night manager on duty, the night of August 7, 2025 From the moment I interacted with her, her attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. If you're looking for a quiet, clean place to relax or bring your family for a time of fun this is it!! The staff is awesome and West is truly an Angel awaiting the guest as they enter, to greet them with a loving joyful welcome.
Room was an ice box, controls did nothing. Set 67-68 the entire time. Bedding toot thin to not freeze without striping blanket off unused bed. Breakfast was sparse, they did not keep up with the volume of guests. Fire Alarm went off at 3am one night. No explanation as to what it was. Only caveat it was a business trip and wasn't my own money.
