Room was an ice box, controls did nothing. Set 67-68 the entire time. Bedding toot thin to not freeze without striping blanket off unused bed. Breakfast was sparse, they did not keep up with the volume of guests. Fire Alarm went off at 3am one night. No explanation as to what it was. Only caveat it was a business trip and wasn't my own money.
I will not give my opinion as a guest but as the wife of a current employee. My husband Enrique is the houseman of this hotel. We have worked together in two hotels of the CONFORT SUITES company. We have always been welcome even though we no longer work there. Today my husband told me that the owners or bosses have been upset because I have gone in to use the bathroom on occasions and on one occasion my four-year-old daughter took some potato chips and accidentally threw them on the floor. It was very bad. We literally had to get a room with one bed which it was me and my family and my sister had to go to another house. While me and my mom stayed in the room the service was not good and would not recommend.
I visited, I stayed, I will not return.
