First time staying at a Tru and will definitely be back. Divy, the manager, was friendly and professional and provided excellent customer service, assuring our stay was going well and asking for feedback when he saw me. Roshon was also most helpful in extending our stay and always friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. We were even given bottled water at check-in, which was a pleasant first of any hotel stay we’ve had. Had a great stay
Great time at Tru By Hilton! We stayed in one over by Market Center in Dallas, this one holds up! AC is perfect, good value, right beside a ton of restaurants and the highway for easy access and the room was very clean. The service at check-in was seamless, the parking is free and self-led.
