I bought a Cynergy 7x16 trailer from TRT Trailer in NC on 2/8/22 over the phone and my brother in law picked it up so I didn't have to pay a storage fee. I live in NY and was going to pick it up on my way to Daytona but I canceled my trip and picked it up on 5/20/22. been waiting on side panel for over 2 months plus sold me heat an air unit to go on top just called because there was no heat element in unit they told me now they don't usally put heat units on them but they sure didn't tell me that when I told them I wonted heat an air they said yes we got them you can put it on NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN I HATE A LIERS
