Wir waren im Fontainebleau Trésor Tower. Zimmer: Zwar renoviert, im internationalen Vergleich jedoch eher rudimentär – zweckmäßige kleine Küche, großzügiges, funktionales Bad, aber nichts Luxuriöses. Tower: Wirkt erdrückend und alt, obwohl erst ca. 20 Jahre alt. Nur vier Aufzüge, oft unzuverlässig. Einer hielt zeitweise auf jeder Etage, und zweimal während unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthalts gab es einen kompletten Ausfall – wir mussten zu Fuß bis in den 18. Stock. Wartezeiten bis 15 min. Je vous écris afin d’exprimer ma profonde déception concernant notre récent séjour d’une semaine dans votre hôtel avec nos trois enfants. Étant donné les tarifs élevés pratiqués et mon statut VIP Silver avec Hotels.com, je m’attendais à une expérience exceptionnelle. Very poor hotel with absolutely no service. When we had issues with our room, no one offered help. At the beach gate, a staff member refused to let me back in because I didn’t have my room key on me. My family was at the pool and I had just gone for a swim in the ocean, wearing only swimwear — there was simply no place to carry the card. Everything is extremely overpriced.
