Must disgusting Hotal I ever visited you have to wait for 30 minutes in the line to check in the valet parking takes like 45 minutes to get you your car And the rooms are old with ugly beds that’s uncomfortable and disgusting to sleep on it I would call this a 2 star Hotal

Room was nice. All the Pools closed at 5:30 which was a bummer. The cafes on site were outrageously expensive for very, VERY small portions. I get it, it’s Miami, things are expensive, but this was like mind boggling. Staff were very kind. Shout out to Leo for being an amazing manager and helping us retrieve our luggage when elevators were down. It was an utter nightmare for everyone that day, but Leo kept his cool and graciously helped guests as much as possible.
I am deeply disappointed with the behavior of the host Aaron and the overall experience at the Fontainebleau Trésor Tower Hotel. I booked the suite four weeks in advance for my trip to Miami. The host explicitly stated on the Airbnb listing that parking was free. However, just 18 hours before check-in, I was informed that parking was not free, which ended up costing me $524.30.
