No customer service and the robot is broken or set to not let a person speak to a representative
They put mice/rat traps out back behind my home, and didn't notify any off the people in our connected apartment complexes ( I asked my neighbor). On 3/26/2020 I found my cat outside, dead, next to one of their poison traps. My sweet Kitty Kitty never tried to get outside until after those boxes had been placed outside our laundry room window. I blame you for her horrific death, and I hate you. Those boxes still sit outside all our windows today, and you haven't sent any workers out to check on them in months. Shame on you.
