Won't honor the Warrenty – Bought a fridge a few days ago and the freezer wouldn't get cold. After hauling fridge back to the shop ourselves, he said there was no problem. Then said could do further testing but if the fridge had been laid down warrenty was void. In all honesty, the fridge was *partially* laid down, but being an investor we have done this with way more fridges than I can count. Delightful Salesperson, Not-Delightful Owner – I bought a stove and a fridge, paid with my debit card. A day later pending delivery of appliances, I lost my job and asked owner to cancel the transaction and refund my money. Appliances had not even left the store, yet. He refused. No reason given, just that he wanted the sale. I felt it was a huge discourtesy. Also he did not have the b**** to face me, had the salesgirl tell me.

Most Honorable, and Trusted name in appliance sales and service!!!! – The first thing you find with any business how they treat you! Troy's TV and Appliance is like a family atmosphere. Troy, the stores owner takes the care to make sure that your treated with respect! I personally worked for troy and have to say he's the most patient boss a guy could want. He's always wanting to make sure that your happy. With his prices and service you can not find a better company!

Awful customer service, poor repairs and pain to work with – We contacted Troys in August to have our freezer door replaced because it had a slight leak in the water line and it was still under warranty. After the repairman looked at the door and said he would order a new one we never heard from Troys again.
