Heading north on 91 a long ways from home and my trailer rim decided to ship out due to lose lugs breaking the lugs off on its way out. Had a hell of a day trying to find a new hub and wheels with little help or knowledge from anyone I spoke to. I called up Troy Trailers and spoke with Zack he told me to bring in the hub to compare with that they had in stock. I am leaving a five star rating for this small town business for reasons of friendliness, kindness, professionalism and an innocent small town charm overall. Also, because I am unable to rate them more than 5 stars which in my book they deserve! They had authentic concern for what I needed and in the time that I needed it in and got me in the road again with a last minute request.
