I'm already a fan of this car wash (and the dog wash) for many reasons, to include the great water pressure, cleanliness of the facility, efficiency of operation. Today, I had a great customer service experience. The bay that we entered wasn't working correctly so we contacted Debbie. Debbie immediately sprang into action, offering to let us use the auto wash, but we opted for the manual wash, and she ensured that we were able to complete our car wash and checked back to ensure we were satisfied. I used the pet wash for the first time on my pup who normally hates bath time, but this made it so easy!! The place is clean, and everything is already there. Debbie was also super friendly!
Great customer service!! 5 star place and people! The Blonde ( what I was told to call her lol) is great with the customers! The owners are great people and quick to help you in any way! I have used everything from the pet wash to the ice and water machine! Try the place out , and feel free to contact the owners !! Great people!
