Gilbert and Sam were there for us when we needed them. Our RV’s check engine light came on and we needed a diagnostic run immediately, as we were headed to a campground 50 miles away and we live 2000 miles away. They took us in immediately, ran the diagnostic, told us it was an O2 sensor, so it wasn’t a serious problem that would strand us. Whew! We were on our way in a few minutes FREE OF CHARGE! Now THAT’S great customer service. Thanks to them, our trip was uninterrupted.
