RecommendedMy child wanted a older truck so we spoke Troy about what he was interested in. Troy was 100% honest about each vehicle . He helped my child stay in budget, fixed the few important things that needed done and the other little stuff we will do ,cause every used vehicle will need something right? That's just to be expected since it's used. He was attentive in answering all our questions and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase. I would most definitely get another vehicle from here.
We bought a truck from this place and would not recommend this place to anyone. First we had to change the wheel bearings. Next it was sway bars and tie rod ends. These are common fixes so no prob until I was filling the gas and the line was split and it went all over. The bed needs replaced and we still have more issues. Next problem is UV joints, outer axle bearings and inner seals and the brake line has also split. This happened within 2 months of purchase. They sold me a truck with a bent frame. I asked if it had any damage prior to buying it and I was told no, that it was a strong running truck. I bought it and got it inspected about a week later! While waiting for the inspection to be done, they pulled me into the garage and showed me where the frame was bent and said that the truck should have been r-titled. My husband and I were looking at a truck for weeks on the website. When we finally had the chance to go there (we live an hour away) we found out the truck wouldn't fit our family. We then found another truck that would be perfect. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Despite there being several other people there the process was easy and we were made feel welcome. If we ever need another vehicle we will be returning.
Awesome customer service. They looked over my vehicle really well before I drove home. Very friendly and professional. I’ll be buying from them again that’s for sure. Head to troys for a great vehicle!
