If I would give 0 stars I would. I was accosted by an extremely large lady who I believe to be the optometrist?? I showed up for an appointment, got screamed and yelled at instead. This lady obviously is very unprofessional and extremely politically opiniated and bias. I have my vaccine but was told that needed to leave because I didn't have a mask. She got in my face and screamed and yelled at me, very emotionally distraught of my walking in without a mask. All of this happened within 30 seconds of walking into the store! F... read more

Been coming here for years these people are the professionals I trust
I have been coming there for three years now. I think the Eye Doctors are Excellent there but the front staff are terrible not returning your calls when leaving messages and getting back with you. You have lost my business and will be sure not to refer you to anyone. I gave you all a fair chance but to ignore your customers should not be tolerated. I am in the hospitality business would never not respond or get back with my clients. Something needs to be done to turn this place around.
