My dad took his lawnmower to Troyes services to have them replace a cable . They had his lawnmower for over a month and never answered his calls or let him know the status. When he went there they just shut the garage door on him to avoid him . He finally just took it after he found it at there shop. I’m not one to complain but if your going to run a business run it right and show that you care about your customers .
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Did a great job fixing my small engines.
