Rob fixed the two windshield cracks on my two cars before Xmas. One of the cracks was as big as a dime . The two cars survived the frigid cold weather last week without any windshield cracking issue.
When I called I never expected him to have another job a few miles from me. I was able to have the chip in my windshield repaired in less than 2 hours. I appreciated his perfectionism and friendly nature. Way less than I was quoted from one of the more well known companies. I hope to not have another need for a windshield repair, but if I do I know who I’ll call.
Great service, speed, and price. Rob took care of a crack on our SUV windshield. He was very quick, cordial, and experienced from booking to appointment to fixing the windshield. Much more straightforward and transparent of an experience than other folks we reached out to. Would recommend to anyone in the Troy / surrounding areas.
I had a really disappointing experience with Troy Windshield Repair. They gave me an appointment time, but no one showed up — and when I finally reached someone, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Spoke with Rob Monday am regarding a big chip with multiple cracks on my windshield, he showed up as promised at 4pm. 30 minutes later the windshield is fixed barely noticeable. Unfortunately no before photo. But as you can see the gouge is unnoticeable. Professional, 25+ years of experience, and confident. Great warranty!! Totally Satisfied!! Thank you!! Rob!
