Had a 10:00 furnace cleaning scheduled today that Troy Williams Heating installed 6 years ago, never showed up or called me as of 1:10 pm. called them twice and nobody answers and the voicemail is full. Waited an hour for them to call me back just in case. I scheduled my day around this. Not good. Will call Dead River instead, they’re 4.5 stars with 53 reviews. I’m guessing their voicemail isn’t full.

Troy came right over and got my furnace going, he was very nice and knew what he was doing, I will get him to clean my furnace when it needs it. I'll know who to call if my furnace breaks down again.
Had aMitsubishi heat pump installed. Everything went fine , works great and I love it. We needed to have our existing service serviced , they did it and did good work. I’ve been trying for months to get them to service the Mitsubishi they installed, the FHW whole house system as well as a garage furnace. After contacting them several times I have yet to even get a response. I don’t get it. So I would not recommend them . I feel follow up service is more important than the initial purchase .
The Mitsubishi heat pumps are working nicely. I love how all the thermostats are in the cloud and can be adjusted form anywhere. Thanks again for all your help.
