There's one lady that works here she's rude I was on the phone with my daughter and she gonna tell me to take my phone off speaker I'm never coming here again taking my kids somewhere else for there eye glasses and eye exams wouldn't recommend them to anybody
I absolutely love my optometrist! The experience mixed with the perfect level of expertise makes for a very high value appointment. Not to mention the staff always helps me pick out the most practical and fashionable glasses everytime! I've been going to Troy vision center since 2017 and couldn't be more satisfied.
Everyone was lovely. Didn’t feel I was being rushed regardless of how long it took me to pick glasses. Amy was very helpful and patient during this process
Amy was super kind and helped repair my glasses while explaining a manufacturers issue to me.
Amazing place new to the area and I’m in the store right now since me and my daughter enter the ladies of this shop have been kind and courteous when doing the exam the assistant was patient with me the doctor came did his exam asked me questions and answered all my concerns I would definitely recommend this eye exam location… be mindful when you come and speak with people show respect and you”ll get it in return
